Returns & refunds

You may withdraw from a consumer online purchase within 14 days after receiving the tyre, without giving a reason. Notify us by email or post within that period. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. No prior authorisation is required.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage and packaging costs. We charge no restocking fee. You may inspect the tyre as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning; fitting or riding may reduce its value. Original packaging is not a condition of exercising withdrawal rights.

We refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional fees. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refunded. For partial returns, any outbound-delivery refund follows applicable law.

Faulty or incorrect goods: contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help but are not a condition of your legal rights. We bear necessary return costs for justified claims. Consumer statutory conformity rights apply for at least two years, or longer where applicable national law requires. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right; normal wear is not itself a defect.
