Terms of sale

Seller: G&G Group s.r.o., company registration number 04922000, at the address below. Contact us with any question before placing an order. These terms cover purchases by consumers; mandatory rights in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

Product: one black Tank Tires Heavy Duty 20 × 4.0 tyre, ETRTO 102-406, approximately 2.1 kg. A 20 × 4.0 inner tube is optional for €2 per tyre; rim and fitting are excluded. Check both size markings, rim compatibility and bicycle clearance before purchase. No additional certification or puncture-proof guarantee is claimed.

The listed tyre price is €16.44. Delivery is separate and shown by destination and quantity before payment. A purchase is only offered when the full final total and applicable delivery terms are available. No additional charge may be added without your agreement. Orders of two or more tyres receive 5% off products, including selected inner tubes, excluding delivery.

Where card checkout is available, review the quantity, delivery address and final total and accept these terms before continuing to Stripe’s secure payment page. The final payment button creates an obligation to pay. A successful payment and confirmed order form the purchase contract. An unpaid, failed or cancelled payment is not a completed order.

Card payments are processed through Stripe. An enquiry is not a paid order. Do not send card details by email or WhatsApp.

The returns policy below forms part of these terms. Contact us first about a complaint. Consumers may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: https://adr.coi.gov.cz. This does not affect your right to bring a claim before a competent court.
