Delivery

Dispatch is from Prague, Czech Republic. We support delivery enquiries for all 27 EU countries. The product page and basket calculate delivery charges for the chosen destination and quantity.

Prices apply to standard serviceable addresses. Islands, overseas and special territories identified at checkout require a separate delivery quotation; online payment is not offered for these addresses until a fixed total is agreed. We do not represent quoted regions as free shipping.

We dispatch within 2 working days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive, contact us. The risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer when they or their nominated recipient take physical possession, subject to mandatory law. Your legal rights do not depend on buying shipping insurance.
