We use name, contact information, delivery address and order details to answer enquiries and fulfil purchases (contract/pre-contractual steps), retain required business records (legal obligations), and prevent fraud and secure the service (legitimate interests). We do not use your details for advertising without an appropriate legal basis.

The basket, language and destination are saved in your browser. Clear them using the Privacy control on the storefront or your browser settings. No advertising or analytics tracking is currently installed. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure page when enabled; this website does not receive your full card number.

Service providers may include hosting providers, Stripe for payments, email providers, and the selected delivery carrier. Only data required for their function is shared. Stripe’s own privacy information is at https://stripe.com/privacy. Where processing involves international transfers, applicable legal safeguards must be used.

Enquiries are retained only as necessary to resolve them; transaction and accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object where legally applicable. Some records cannot be erased while legally required. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority at https://uoou.gov.cz or your local supervisory authority.

Address suggestions: while you type four or more characters in the street field, the typed street query and selected country are sent to Photon (photon.komoot.io), using OpenStreetMap data. Your name, email and payment information are not sent for address search. You may enter an address manually; suggestions are not proof of deliverability.
